Safe Deposit Boxes are easy to get!  It will only take a few minutes for a St. Francis representative to have your box rented and answer any questions that you may have about your new Safe Deposit Box. 

Questions and Answers

Q: Are the posessions in my box insured?
A: No.  Your home owner's insurance may cover some items.  Please contact your insurance agent for more information.

Q: What do I do if all boxes are rented?
A: You can call the Credit Union to be put on a waiting list until a box becomes available.

Q: Why do we charge your savings or checking account for the rental fee?
A: This method ensures your box will continue to be rented under your account until you no longer desire to keep the box.  The fee will show up on your monthly or quarterly statement for reference.

Q: How many keys are issued with my box?
A: You will receive two keys.  We do not keep any extra keys.

Q: What if I lose my keys?
A: If only one keys is lost you will pay a lost key fee and will receive a new box.  If you lose both keys you will pay for the box to be drilled at the current rate at the time of the drilling.
