If you don’t have Internet access but still need to access your accounts, you can easily do so by calling our Audio Response system. When you dial 1.888.545.7328, you’ll hear an automated voice message leading you through a list of prompts that will allow you to:
- Check balances in your accounts
- Transfer money
- Make loan payments
- Hear a list of your most recent debit card transactions and cleared checks
You’ll need to know your account number and four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not know your PIN, we’ll be glad to set it for you if you call or stop by one of our branches.
